Terms and Conditions
* No pets. I personally love animals, but we have to be respectful of visitors that don't share the same views. Between cleaning the house and potential complaints, it's too difficult to manage pets. We have a strict no pets policy.
* This is a non-smoking home. If you do smoke we ask that you do so outside away from the house and that you properly put out and dispose of the cigarette outside. There is a $150 fine for smoking.
* No open flames or candles are allowed on the property.
* If you’re using the bikes, please lock them up all time. There is a $150 fee to replace any stolen or missing bike.
* We are not liable for any injuries sustained while riding the bicycles.
* Only guests who are on the original booking are allowed stay overnight.
* Fires/ Fireworks: No fires are permitted on the beach or private beach property for any reasons. Portable charcoal grills are prohibited. FIREWORKS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

Strict: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
